1. Exchange or Return Request

You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

After contacting us, you will receive a return shipping label via email, valid for 7 calendar days and usable at any postal agency.

⚠️ If the item is not shipped within this period, MAISON EXCLUSIVE is not obligated to accept the exchange or return.

2. Acceptance Conditions

To be eligible for evaluation, the product must:

  1. Be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, stains, odors, sweat, or damage;
  2. Be returned in its original packaging, including the internal packaging and the MAISON EXCLUSIVE box;
  3. The MAISON EXCLUSIVE box must be returned in perfect condition, without tears, dents, or any damage that may affect its integrity and presentation. Do not attach tape, labels, stickers, or any materials directly to the box;
  4. Include the original invoice.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

3. Available Options

After receiving and inspecting the item, you may choose between:

Store Credit: credit equivalent to the returned item’s value, available for new purchases on our website within 7 business days after the item is received back in stock;

Refund: reimbursement issued according to the original payment method.

Refund Methods:

• Credit card: the refund request will be submitted within 15 business days after receipt, and may appear in up to two billing cycles depending on the provider;

• PIX: the amount will be refunded to the original account within 15 business days after inspection;

• Installment PIX: remaining installments will be canceled and any paid amount will be refunded.

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for items purchased on sale. In such cases, only exchanges are allowed within the established period.

4. Exchange for Another Item

If you wish to exchange for a different model, color, or size within 7 days, the reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

The new shipment will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved.
